We had the good fortune of connecting with Vincent Juarez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Vincent, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
My love for art is one thing that has helped me succeed, it has been an addiction of mine for a very long time. But it is my work ethic that will take me further then I can imagine.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art started when I was very young, but it was paint that I was attracted to the most. Then there came fashion that I was extremely attracted to. so once I put those two things together I felt like I wanted the world to see my work. what set me apart from others is that every piece is a custom piece. what I am most proud of is that I am showing my kids that if you love something and you dedicate yourself to it, your dreams can come true. Making sacrifices is where it got me today professionally, if I didn’t make those sacrifices, I would not be where I’m at today. It was not easy at all, But my work ethic gets me through the speed bumps in my journey. some of the lessons I have learned along the way, or do not listen to the negativity around me, and stay focused on your dream. What I would like the world to know about me is that I’m just like everyone else with a talent, but it will all come down to work ethic and how bad you want it. So with that said my brand is a reflection of my Work ethic, perfectionist, unique style, and one of a kind items.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Because I’m from Southern California, our first stop would be the beach, then I would take them to one of my favorite restaurants Hillstone in Santa Monica. I would take them to downtown LA to sightsee shop and explore new places .Most of our time would be spent at my home where we can drink make so home made sushi and BBQ.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My TATA aka grandpa is the person I’d like to dedicate this shoutout to. He was the artist that planted the seed in me and encouraged me to use my art in a way that me and my family can succeed.
