We had the good fortune of connecting with Danielle Robinson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Danielle, what role has risk played in your life or career?
When it comes to taking risks I have the mindset of it’s either you do it or you don’t. Opening your own business is a risk itself, every day it’s opened you’re taking the risk but it’s your dream so you do what you can do to make that dream become a reality. Risk taking has played a major part of my career even in my life and as of now if I haven’t taken any risk I wouldn’t be where I am today. So silence the noise clear your mind and go with your gut.

What should our readers know about your business?
Glo’Honey Aesthetics is a full body waxing studio. I focus on not only removing body hairs but how to correct skin concerns. For example you have a leg wax appointment but you want to clear up your “strawberry legs” or even out your skin tone, you don’t leave out of Glo’Honey without a service that helps correct it & a step by step routine to continue at home. Your clear skin journey starts at your first appointment. I’ve been working on some new services I can’t quite tell it yet but just know I’m excited to help you find your inner Glo’ again. I got this far by not giving up being consistent is key. I don’t care how many times I’ve posted the same picture I’ll post it again mainly because social media is constantly moving so a lot of potential clients may have missed your original post. It’s challenging but having a business isn’t easy. I’ve learned that you have to silence the naysayers. Remember what worked for one business owner may not work for you. Something I would like the world to know about Glo’Honey Aesthetics is that body waxing is so much more than removing annoying body hairs we teach you how to care for your skin sure you may know how to care for your face but when was the last time you showed the rest of your body some TLC? That’s the goal for Glo’Honey to show the world that ALL OF YOU needs the same love that your face gets

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I definitely would take them to Roasted the food & drinks are so good you can’t pass it up. In my opinion the best places to go are the small businesses they may not be well known but they have the best vibes and you find other businesses around them to discover.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I don’t necessarily have a specific person to shoutout but I do want to shoutout all of my amazing clients, friends & family for believing in me and choosing me to be their esthetician. The support you all give me is what keeps me going
