Working hard or hardly working?

Between working full-time and being in a band full-time, sometimes it can feel non-stop. The reason I work a regular 8-5 job is to have the financial means and flexibility to invest in our music. When I first started Girl of All Work, it was ALL work ALL the time. I was dragging 30 lbs boxes up 3 flights of stairs in my apartment whenever the elevator broke (which was pretty often) and taking meals in front of the computer. Read More>>

Balance in life is so important to me these days. Moste of my time is spend infront of the computer, so it’s rahter important for my mind to do something diffrent. In my case its flying small airplanes and as cheese as it’s sounds, it allows me to strip back all what is on the ground. Read More>>

Work-life balance has evolved for me over time, especially as I transitioned from being deeply involved in every detail of my businesses to creating systems that allow me more freedom.
