We had the good fortune of connecting with Azadeh Atzberger and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Azadeh, what makes you happy? Why?
Empowering my self first than empowering others.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My name is Azadeh Atzberger, and I am a three-time bestselling author, speaker, survivor, and empowerment coach. My mission is simple yet profound: to help people—especially women and high-achievers—reclaim their voice, rebuild their inner power, and rewrite the stories they were told to shrink inside of. I empower others by giving them tools, truth, and a safe space to rise above toxic relationships, internalized shame, and societal conditioning.

What sets me apart is that I don’t just teach theory—I’ve lived the transformation I now lead others through. I am proud of the fact that I’ve turned the deepest pain of narcissistic abuse and years of self-abandonment into a powerful platform for healing, connection, and unapologetic self-expression. I didn’t get here by accident. I got here by refusing to let my past define me, and by choosing—over and over again—to become the woman I needed when I was at my lowest.

Professionally, I’ve built a multi-faceted business rooted in truth-telling and resilience. From keynote stages and group coaching programs to book launches through my publishing house, Power With-IN, I guide people through radical reinvention. I help them not just share their stories—but own them and transform them into legacy.

The journey wasn’t easy. In fact, for a long time, I didn’t even believe I was allowed to take up space. As a woman of Middle Eastern descent, I carried cultural, familial, and internalized beliefs about what it meant to be “good,” to be “enough,” and to be loved. When I finally stepped away from toxic environments and began rebuilding from scratch—I realized that healing isn’t linear, but liberation is always possible.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is this: your story is not your shame—it’s your superpower. And if you’re willing to stop playing small and face the truth of who you are, you can become unstoppable.

What I want the world to know is that my brand isn’t about me—it’s about the Power With-IN YOU. Everything I do—whether it’s coaching, speaking, publishing, or mentoring—is designed to help people reclaim their lives, trust themselves again, and walk into rooms like they were born to be there.

This isn’t just empowerment. It’s a movement.
And if you’re ready to rewrite your story, I’ll help you hold the pen.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting me here in Orange County, I’d create a week that feeds both our souls and our senses. We’d start with a quiet welcome at home—grilled salmon, jasmine rice, and roasted broccoli—nourishing food made with love. Then each day would be a blend of intention, beauty, and connection. We’d hike early in the morning along Crystal Cove or Top of the World in Laguna, pausing to pray, breathe, and let the ocean remind us how expansive life really is. Afternoons would be for cozy cafes, deep heart-to-hearts, and maybe a little creative play—painting, journaling, or dancing barefoot in my living room.

We’d visit art galleries, walk through Lido Marina, and meet some of the most heart-led, magnetic women I know for a soulful dinner. Every night would end with candles, soft music, and conversation that heals. It wouldn’t be about doing all the things—it would be about remembering who we are. Because in my world, the most exciting places are the ones where your soul feels seen, you feel safe, and your laughter is loud and free.
