We had the good fortune of connecting with Stacy Yi and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stacy, what do you want your legacy to be?
If I could leave a legacy, I’d like it to be this: that I have helped people to know, experience, and learn Tai Chi Quan, Qigong, and traditional Chinese Kungfu as well as other wonderful things such as Guqin (an ancient instrument to cultivate oneself), tea and Zen etc. which are the treasures of eastern cultures and humanity and enrich our lives and give us energy and power to live a healthy and happy life, in harmony with the nature, heaven and earth, and ourselves.

What should our readers know about your business?
The mission of Harmony Arts Qigong and Tai Chi is to create a health-focused community for anyone who loves nature and is interested in exploring the ancient Chinese practices of Qigong, Tai Chi, and Kung Fu, as a way to integrate the mind, the Qi/internal energy, and the body, and to reveal the true nature of the self. Practicing Taichi and Qigong persistently will delay aging and contribute to general well-being.

I started the business in 2023. It is not easy to get to where I am today, as I don’t have enough resources as a small business owner. However, I managed to be persistent and keep learning and delivering the best classes and real benefits. Join me to build the community and live a healthy and happy life, in harmony with nature, the heaven and earth, and ourselves!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would love to show my friend my favorite spots in this City. I’ve been living in Southern California for around 20 years, and I do enjoy the sunshine and activities here.
