We had the good fortune of connecting with Cindy Warden and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cindy, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Even when it looks like we’ve got it all together, life loves to throw curveballs. Heartbreaks, career setbacks, or those “I’ve got everything I ever wanted – so why don’t I feel happier?” moments can make us question everything. Suddenly, you’re in that in-between – no longer who you were, not yet who you’re becoming – and asking, “Who am I now?”

At some point, every woman faces a “life quake,” moments that shake you to your core. But what if they’re not breaking you down, but breaking you open? What if they’re designed to reveal the patterns, beliefs, and identities that got you here – but won’t get you where you want to go? That’s when the real work begins: undoing, unlearning, and unbecoming what holds you back so you can evolve into the woman you know in your heart you’re meant to be.

But just as this inner work begins, culture shouts its playlist: hustle harder, perform better, prove yourself. We double down on doing, hoping the next win will make us feel whole. But that’s like slapping glitter paint over a cracked wall – it shines briefly, then the cracks show through.

That’s where The Evolution of You™ comes in. I help women see life’s curveballs not as crises, but catalysts – to release what holds them back, reclaim their most authentic, fully expressed, high-potential selves, and rise from the inside out.

When a woman fully owns who she is – without apology and with compassion toward herself – she becomes magnetic, confident, and unstoppable. The ripple effect is powerful: as women rise, they transform not just themselves, but their families, workplaces, and communities.

What should our readers know about your business?
So much of the personal development industry preaches: do more, achieve more, become more. And sure, that sounds great – until you realize you’re exhausted, burnt out, and still not happy.

Here’s where I’m different: I believe real transformation begins not with adding, but with undoing, unlearning, and unbecoming – shedding what’s holding you back so you can rise into your soul-aligned potential in work, love, and life. The great news – and the heartbeat of my work – is this: unmet expectations, even the painful ones, can become gateways to the evolution you’re craving… if you’re willing to lean in.

My own journey shaped this belief. For years, I battled depression, career detours, an unfulfilling marriage, health struggles, and relentless proving, people-pleasing, and perfectionism that kept me playing small and burning out. I searched “out there” for answers – achieve more, gain recognition, find the perfect partner to complete me. Spoiler alert: it didn’t work.
The pain of my first marriage ending finally forced me inward. I asked myself a question I’d never considered before: “What’s going on within me that led me here?”

That moment of curiosity changed everything. I learned how early emotional scars shaped patterns that kept me stuck, and how the disappointment I felt triggered old wounds and limiting beliefs that were coming up to be released. That ongoing inner work didn’t just heal me – it helped me reclaim the worth, peace, and wholeness I originally came into this world with.

Over time, I realized life’s curveballs aren’t punishment or failures – they’re deliberately designed opportunities to evolve into who we’re meant to be. That’s how The Evolution of You™ was born: a six-month, three-phase, 1:1 journey that compassionately empowers women to turn heartbreaks, setbacks, and unmet expectations into rocket fuel for their most extraordinary evolution yet.

I love seeing my clients emerge free, fulfilled, fully expressed, worthy, magnetic, and unstoppable. Because when you evolve from the inside out, success – in any area of your life – becomes inevitable.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love giving friend s a little taste of everything L.A. has to offer – which is A LOT. Living in the Valley, I usually start with breakfast or lunch at Aroma Cafe in Studio City-a truly special spot. Afterwards, it’s a treat to wander the sweet, one-of-a-kind shops along Tujunga Avenue that surround the café. For dinner, my husband and I enjoy taking guests to El Portal in Pasadena -the Mexican food is awesome, and the ambience is so vibrant. Day trips? The beach is always a win, and a stroll around the Hollywood Reservoir is breathtaking – you forget you’re smack-dab in the middle of a big city. A hike in Griffith Park is amazing too. Museum lovers always swoon over The Getty, The Norton Simon, and the L.A. Contemporary Museum of Art. For music, The Hollywood Bowl or the Walt Disney Concert Hall are definite destinations. Hollywood history buffs? Hollywood Blvd, the Walk of Fame, and Grauman’s Chinese Theatre are iconic must-sees that are a kick to experience. And when the sun goes down, Universal CityWalk is the ultimate spot for a fun, energetic night out.”

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Without a doubt, my husband, Chip Heller, deserves this shout-out. When I reflect on everything I’ve overcome to become who I am today, our marriage stands as a living testament to that journey. Chip has been with me every step of the way – my unwavering support, my loudest cheerleader, my trusted confidante, my fiercest ally, my safe place to land… and the one who always makes me laugh, even when life gets hard. He accepts me completely – every strength, every flaw, every messy, glorious part of who I am. Building a business is no small feat, and his steadfast faith through every high and low, along with his constant reminders of how far I’ve come personally and what I’m capable of professionally, means the world to me. Simply put, my gratitude for him and our relationship knows no bounds.
