We had the good fortune of connecting with Bobby Tetsch and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Bobby, can you tell us about what you are most excited or proud of in terms of the business you’ve built?
What makes me most proud about the business I have built is the culture we have formed, and the relationships I have had the opportunity to see grow! Though profit and business growth are important, culture is of the upmost importance at Pacific Energy Network. High paid employees will quit a job if their morale is low. I pride myself and my executive team on the fact that we have created a culture of family, integrity, and discipline. Our employees come to work and feel respected and cared for just like they would if they were at home!
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Pacific Energy Network consists of the largest network of private and government funded energy savings programs in the nation. All of our energy experts are licensed with their states licensing board and have been certified as energy reduction experts. Our primary goal is to align qualified homeowners with zero out of pocket programs designed to lower their cost of living while significantly reducing our planets carbon footprint through clean renewable energy. Our team is passionate about serving our communities and getting homeowners on the path to financial savings and energy independence.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to shoutout the Executive Team at Pacific Energy Network. Our culture, growth, and success would not be the same without the dedication from my team. I am pleased to express that I have surrounded myself with a team of hardworking, caring, motivated leaders who have contributed greatly to where we are today.
