The habits that I think helped me succeed are consistency and discipline. I make it a habit to continuously hone my craft, even when I’m not working on client projects. Whether it’s studying new techniques, experimenting with lighting in my studio, or finding inspiration in unexpected places, I stay committed to growing & holding myself accountable to create. Another important habit is building relationships; the ability to collaborate effectively with models, makeup artists, producers, art directors, hairstylists, wardrobe stylists, etc. has been crucial.
