I think my favorite affirmation, or at least one of them, is “A million mistakes makes a great animation.” I, obviously, picked it up in my animation classes back at RCC but I can’t remember exactly if I got it from someone or it’s just something I made up, haha! It is through Christ I am able to see beyond my present circumstances. I can rest in confidence in the truth of Jesus Christ. Read more>>

My favorite quote is “Inspired by the fear of being average”. Since I was little I always strived to push outside the box, to be something and do something different. I wanted to set myself a part from the bunch. Read more>>

Yes I sure do. “The opposite of depression is not Joy, its expression. So create, create, create. For it is the souls medicine.” I feel like this affirmation embodies our mission at the Zula Den as a space created for people to express their creativity in ways that provide soul healing for both the facilitators and the attendees. It creates a regenerative cycle of goodness that just keeps on giving. Because the more healing, wellness and inspiration people can get out of our zenned out space the more they can pass that on to their circles and thus creating ripple effects of love spreading through the community on person at a time.
