Hi Igor, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor for our agency’s success is our commitment to our clients as partners. My team and I approach every day with a mindset of being a partner to our clients’ brands. Being boutique allows us to have vested interest in each campaign and grow companies like we would our own brand.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our team’s impact on partner’s brands is the one thing that excites us most. Our clients currently hold a top-3 position for over 4,000 unique keywords, and on average they experience over 400% in organic traffic growth year-over-year. The results often speak for themselves – we get referrals and direct inquiries based on the success of our clients. One of the biggest struggles early on was finding the right talent for the team. Every role at the company requires a unique set of skills packaged with the right mindset. Cultural fit is just as important as the hard skills, which makes it that much harder to find great team members. The people who work with me are some of the brightest and most talented individuals with a great work ethic – the best combination for success. It’s important for the professional world to understand just how different we are from typical SEO agencies. Our strategies are unique – we focus heavily on brand building and content promotion instead of simply trying to “get rankings”.
