Meaning, the importance of supporting other female photographers and not seeing them as competition but rather a networking and supportive community. My business model heavily relies on the basic core value of good karma. You produce good karma, you get good karma back. I recognize that my photography business has flourished not by luck, but by lifting others up and being the best human being I can possibly be. I love networking and mentoring other photographers. I was born left-handed and there was a very difficult decision to make (at a very young age) whether to learn to use my right hand or my left. My Mom used to always encourage me and even forced me to use the right hand because she thought it was disrespectful to use your left hand. Today, I use both. Especially in my artwork. Two years ago I broke my right arm. I could only use my left. I became able to paint, write and eat left-handed. It took a little practice but it came naturally. Read more>>
