We had the good fortune of connecting with Ada Pasternak and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ada, what do you think makes you most happy? Why?
being creative, writing and recording my music and then sharing it with people. Performing and connecting with the audience through the universal language of music.
Touching and inspiring people with my songs makes me happy. Fulfilling my purpose.
Taking care of my friends and family and seeing them healthy and happy, that makes me happy.
Enjoying the little things and being grateful for every day, that makes me happy.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My skills as a Violinist and experience as a Classical Musician sets me apart from most contemporary musicians. I grew up playing Classical Music and was a child prodigy on the Violin, winning competitions and performing as a Soloist with Professional Orchestras .
Over the years i have definitely grown and evolved as a Musician/Artist,
At Berklee College of Music, I started singing and making my own original music.
I have learned so many lessons along the way. Most importantly, i’ve learned to always be true to myself and make the music I want to make.
I want to continue to release my music into the world for people to enjoy, along with beautiful cinematic Music Videos.
I want to inspire people to be kind, generous, compassionate.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
hmm…. i still have lots of exploring to do in LA since i’ve only lived here for a few years. I would take my friend to Malibu for a day at the beach, then treat her to lunch overlooking the water, then head to Hollywood for some Live Music at The Hotel Cafe .
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My mom. Always my mom. She has been my biggest supporter and best friend for my whole life. I love my mom and she’s my hero.
