We had the good fortune of connecting with Alex Uriostegui and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Alex, can you tell us more about your background and the role it’s played in shaping who you are today?
I was born in Acapulco, Mexico. I Crossed the border with my mother and my uncle when I was 8 years old. Before the age of 15 my life was truly a messed! Parties, Drugs, Ditching School and Jail. Jail was my lowest point in life. Realizing what we went through when we crossed the border and seeing how hard my dad and my mom worked their asses off, this was the turning point in my life and made me realized that i need to create a better version of myself. When you have nothing and leave everything behind you realized you have nothing to loose but to give your best to become the person you want to be. Since then i always wanted to create, explore and make something out of nothing. All of that has made a HUGE impact in my life, when I’m not feeling good or motivated i look back and think about what we went through and i use this fuel as a boost and for motivation.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

I started my business on May 2020 right after i was fired from my previous job due to COVID-19. The biggest challenge i had was everything going around the world at the time, the fear from everyone around me regarding the virus. Everyone was focused on that, and of course at the time it wasn’t right to talk about opening a bussines. I mean Who would want to open a business during difficult times? well… me.
There are many lessons i have learned, but the most important of all is to trust your Gut! While everyone seems to go left you go right! Have faith, trust yourself, trust the process and be grateful for what you have right now!
I want the world to know that i started my business with one thing in mine and that is LOVE! so if you ever get a chance to try our salsa this is what you will get in each jar Pure love!
