We had the good fortune of connecting with Ashley Rawlins and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ashley, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Putting God first in all that I do. When I started Rawlins Law, APC I was not interested in a tagline, but chose Micah 6:8 for the firm, which states “do justly, love mercy, walk humbly.”
Staying grounded and true to myself.
What should our readers know about your business?
Rawlins Law is a personal injury law firm. We have offices located throughout California and represent individuals who have been injured/hurt due to the negligence of another. We specialize in personal injury-mainly car crashes, which is why I am known as, “Car Crash Ash!”
Our offices are in Chula Vista, Mission Valley, Escondido, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, Irvine/Los Angeles. We pride ourselves on client/concierge service.
What sets us apart is every case is handled by me, the attorney. Every client is given my personal cell phone number. We really pride ourselves on being reliable, relatable and responsive every step of the way!
I want the world to know that we are not all the same. We are not all ambulance chasers. There are amazing attorneys out there, like us, who truly care about the clients and love what we do.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take them to Beverly Hills, the Hollywood Sign, the beaches, and to see a Lakers or Dodgers game. People watching is always a good time at Venice Beach.
Food and drinks-there are so many spots to choose from. I am a big fan of craft cocktails and appetizers, so I would probably hop around to try many different places.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My family. Ever since I was a kid, my father pushed me to excel and not give up. He always used to say, “can’t means you have not tried.” My father, mother, and sister have all been instrumental in encouraging me throughout my life. My husband, Trent, has believed in me since day 1. He is very encouraging, supportive, and keeps me grounded in my faith. He understands the long hours, crazy schedule, being out at events is all a part of what it takes.
