We had the good fortune of connecting with Bradford Low and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bradford, what’s the most important thing you’ve done for your children?
As a business owner, it’s natural to be living in your business day and night. I’ve put in my share of 20 hour days in the early years of Tigre Supreme, and realized quickly that spending time with my family, especially my daughters, is the most challenging part of being an entrepreneur. I spend a lot of time working from home, but being not being present for my girls and wife just 100 feet away from me eats at me everyday. Recently, my wife and I have been starting our days as early as 4:30 am, and it’s been immensely beneficial for to family life.

What should our readers know about your business?
I painstakingly make every package if Tigre Supreme snacks, so production is very time consuming and monotonous. Sometimes I’ll spend 6 hours a day manufacturing for product, and another 6 hours at a Farmers Market. Sharing Tigre Supreme with my customers is a labor of love. I want the world to know that I won’t compromise my brand or product by repackaging cheap, mass-produced goods, and my biggest pet peeve is running out of my customers’ favorite flavors, which is why I work long hours to stock up while I’m cooking.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Between Tigre Supreme and my family, I don’t go out much, but I must say that my favorite spots are Dodger Stadium and the San Gabriel Valley. Dodger Stadium because I’m a baseball junkie and the stadium just has so much history and excitement – it’s a living thing and you can just feed off the energy. The San Gabriel Valley because it simply has the best Chinese food in the nation. I grew up in San Francisco, toured New York pre-Covid, and none match up to LA’s Chinese food scene.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’ve got to Shoutout my beautiful and strong wife of 10 years, Linda, because without her sacrificing the last 9 years of her life as a dedicated mother and wife, Tigre Supreme would not exist.
