Meet Brett Schwers | Co-Owner, CRO

We had the good fortune of connecting with Brett Schwers and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brett, how do you think about risk?
Risk-taking has been a foundational part of both my personal journey and the growth of Limitless MFG. As a Los Angeles Creative Agency working with high-level talent and IP, we’re constantly pushing boundaries — creatively and operationally. Taking calculated risks has allowed us to evolve from a local screenprinting business in Los Angeles into an all-in-one service provider with a worldwide network of production shops, creating all kinds of products for any industry with a passion for growth within branding.
Whether it’s launching a new product line, partnering with major entertainers and musicians, or investing in custom product development strategies, each move involves risk — but also the potential to build something greater. At Limitless MFG, we consider ourselves creative problem solvers and view risk not as something to fear, but as a necessary step in building brands that are bold, impactful, and truly limitless.

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets Limitless MFG apart is our ability to bring ideas to life at a high level — fast, creatively, and with intention. We’re not just a screenprinting shop in Los Angeles or a product vendor — we’re a full-service creative agency that specializes in building brands for entertainers and musicians, developing custom products, and working directly with high-level talent and IP. Our team thrives on collaboration and problem solving, and we’ve built a worldwide network of production shops that allow us to offer truly end-to-end solutions.
What I’m most proud of is how far we’ve come — and how we’ve done it without cutting corners. It definitely hasn’t been easy. Building a business in one of the most competitive cities in the world takes a different level of drive and resilience. There were moments early on where we were learning by doing — taking big risks, making tough calls, and constantly refining our systems. But those challenges shaped us. They forced us to get sharper, faster, and more dialed-in on our mission.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that consistency and curiosity are everything. You have to show up, stay adaptable, and keep a learner’s mindset — especially in an industry that’s always evolving. I also learned the value of surrounding yourself with the right people. My business partners and the Limitless team have been a huge part of that growth. Everyone brings something unique to the table, and that’s what makes us strong.
What I want the world to know is that Limitless MFG isn’t just about making things look cool — we’re about building something meaningful. We exist to elevate creatives, help artists and brands connect with their audience, and provide the tools they need to stand out. We take pride in being an all-in-one service provider that delivers with precision, care, and creativity.
We’ve come a long way — and we’re just getting started.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting LA for a week, I’d make sure they got the full experience — great food, iconic views, and a real taste of the local culture.
We’d start with dinner at Uchi — easily one of the best sushi spots in the city — and hit Casalena for a beautiful Mediterranean-Italian fusion experience. For a classic Italian meal, Il Pastaio in Beverly Hills is a staple. And for dessert, Anita’s has what I honestly think is the best gelato in the world.
No trip to LA is complete without a day in Malibu. We’d stop by Malibu Farm Café for a fresh, oceanfront lunch, then walk across the street to Aviator Nation for live music, retro vibes, and a laid-back beach atmosphere. For some outdoor adventure, we’d hike Malibu Creek State Park for some cliff jumping into the rock pools. Another great hike is Wisdom Tree — not in Malibu, but one of my favorite LA hikes with 360° views of the city, valley, and ocean.
We’d also make a stop at The Stand – A Limitless MFG crew’s go-to Friday lunch spot. It’s an American-style restaurant that’s redefining today’s casual dining scene and always delivers. Urban Plates or Sweetgreens for something lighter and on the healthier side.
One place that held a special spot in my heart was Moonshadows Malibu, which sadly burned down in the LA fires — along with some of the area’s most scenic coastal trails. But LA has a way of constantly reinventing itself, and the creative energy here never fades. That’s what keeps me inspired.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I truly believe that no one makes it alone, and I’m incredibly grateful for the people and experiences that have shaped my journey. First and foremost, I have to thank my parents. I was raised in the Midwest, where I learned the value of hard work, humility, and standing on your own two feet. My parents always encouraged me to strive for greatness and be my own man, and seeing my dad build his own business gave me the blueprint and motivation to pursue entrepreneurship.
My journey started when I was 17, launching my first business with a group of close friends. I went to college for a bit, where I met a lot of talented people and began managing artists and throwing concerts, handling everything from performances and promotion to filming and creative direction. That experience sparked my passion for entertainment and ultimately inspired my move to Los Angeles.
Before I made that jump, a lifelong friend, Jake, gave me the opportunity to run a food trucking business that grew into a string of successful cafés across Iowa. Later, my business partner Jared and I expanded the concept into Arizona, launching our first out-of-state franchises.
Throughout all of this, I’ve been supported by friends, family, mentors, and coaches — each one played a role in shaping my path. I want to give a special shoutout to my fellow Co-Owners at Limitless MFG — Miller McCoy and Stephen Mangini. Both of these guys have been a huge part in shaping me into the branding expert I am today. Miller has been a part of my journey since high school, we supported each other’s passions along the way, and it’s a blessing to be here building Limitless together.
Being part of this Los Angeles Creative Agency and helping grow it into an all-in-one service provider has helped me find my true passion: building brands for entertainers and musicians, leading product development, and working with high-level talent and IP. I’m proud of where we’ve come from — and even more excited for where we’re headed.
