Hi Chelcie, what’s something about your industry that outsiders are probably unaware of?
Real Estate requires a lot of layered strategy. When people think of the industry, they immediately think of “the market”. But there are honestly a ton of niches. Every agent must understand the basics of real estate law, advertising and pricing. Some agents choose to specialize in particular neighborhoods, buyers or sellers, developments, or even investments.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am passionate about real estate investments. As a minority, there really is so much wealth strategy to be learned. I am an avid researcher, determined to be well rounded enough to educate others. Getting your footing isn’t easy, but persistence, determination, consistency and resourcefulness will always help you out of a hole! Find practical tools, and don’t sacrifice your peace!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m a bit of an ambivert. I believe in ambiance and having a good time, but I also believe in maintaining your peace of mind. My idea of a good time can range from roller skating, to skydiving, or even happy hour at a really good (secret) restaurant. Think: Malibu, Beverly Hills, Studio City…

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
To be very honest, God! It really takes a village to support anyones success, and God gets the credit for putting everyone who’s helped me into place. I grew up as the only child of a single, working-class mom. Shout out to everyone who let God use them!
