We had the good fortune of connecting with Cory Evan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cory, why did you pursue a creative career?
Haha, You’re hilarious. It chose me and I received and receive it infinitely lol .My first time on set was at 2 to five years old somewhere around there on FX TV a speaking role, they asked me back simply, because not only did I do their lines I made up my own improv on the spot and then from there my first time in a recording studio, I believe I was maybe 13-15ish. And did a runway for a Russian designer. wrote my first song at 13. And at 16, I won a state fair in Southern California, singing beautiful by Christina Aguilera . I wrote my first poem at 6 maybe. And I did dancing in martial arts growing up And was trained by an Olympic coach early on .so it comes very natural to me to tell a story I really am grateful and honor the fact that I am so very capable, and in a position to not only tell the stories of characters that need to be told through me, but to also be able to tell my own, and the ones that I choose, as well as that choose me.

that goes for you acting roles that goes for songs that goes for fashion campaigns For music that goes for all of it it’s all some form of a story Even if it’s not meant to be people, find a story in it

There’s infinite potential to embody as an artist and an infinite level of impact that I can make hearts that I can touch and an infinite amount of success, both on a monetary level on a life level, you name it, and there is no cap. It’s some thing I can use all of my talents, I have a lot of high skill and a lot of talent in a grand multitude of areas all of which. I can use for Creating ,storytelling ,expressing ,performing And for living the life of my dreams. And hopefully touching as many Hearts, and lives as I can doing it

And having the opportunity to touch People globally and an opportunity to even optimally trigger people where it’s beneficial and it’s all done through expression through story through creativity through Art

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?

What it is, I’m willing to do the work. I’m also willing to believe that it is easier than I expect. I’m willing to think in a quantum way versus a linear way and I think that has really helped me as a as an artist. Because it leaves me very open to receive

And when you’re thinking in a linear format, not only do some people sometimes limit how big they can go by doing that the limit, how quickly they can get there

So I am a big proponent of being open to the infinite moment, and being infinitely receptive to the infinite possibilities in that moment that are in alignment with my goals and desires

I think a big part of being an artist is owning your desires, 100% beyond and taking inspired action to create

Doing the work consistently Being willing to change so that can get done, better ,bigger faster, etc.

You know you don’t know if you end up meeting somebody and then their boyfriend for a few months turns into being a producer who you make a song with and then Something Happens Big with that and then those two broke up but a year later something happens with that song that was on the hard drive

Or your vocal coach calls you and says hey, Go meet Lady Gaga’s former manager I think she’ll love you

There are both practical and non-practical steps, and you can’t shut yourself off to whatever the movement is to get you where you want to go sometimes that’s the practical step of OK I need x y z I need to upload this right this get this done and then there’s what other people call impractical, and the illogical, which is really just the quantum space where you can just draw incredible experiences into your life and I think that’s the part that A lot of people miss. I have a full willingness to do the work, whether that’s making a song ,mastering the skill, getting the right photos doing all the work that needs to be done and all the task-based things for creating the product or for pitching myself or being pitched definitely do the work
while also not limiting my Receptivity in the moment. I will never limit quantum receptivity, and being open to the infinite of the moment

So it’s a really great

do the work ,make the product, and being in a space of receiving and trust

And I don’t think you should limit either

Don’t cockblock your Miracle by being logical.

“Lean not into your own understanding”
“rust in the lord, with all your heart”
“Ask and you shall receive”

Another thing I wanna say is people leave Hollywood Hollywood doesn’t leave people,

So just show up for yourself or your product for your art and keep showing up

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Oh my God LA has some good stuff

Yeah, I would say for açai Bowls one of the best places that most people don’t know about is a place called Green table on pico and I walked in there. I was confused because they’re so cheap and they could be charging double on literally almost every product. You have Açaí bowls for like eight dollars who does that they make their own stuff they have incredible salads, incredible smoothies, homemade Italian, vegan desserts, that are gorgeous.

If your friend has never been to the end of Santa Monica pier, that’s always beautiful

A nice dinner out at catch LA ,mothers tongue, boa if you feel like staying home, you can always order f#ck gluten. On Uber eats which is an Uber eats only kitchen it’s great

The ALO gym
Dogpound Agoura another good gym

You could always take them to Griffith Park, for a hike if they’re in the mood

Their infinite night clubs if they’re into that

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
It says such an interesting question. There’s you’re a multitude of pieces that play apart. Yeah, but first do you know thanking God. my mom, Rhea Ann Cox T, In terms of your books and stuff it really isn’t even necessarily about that the biggest thing I can say, is it connect to whatever allows you to accept that you desire some thing and then just go for it sometimes that’s a person sometimes that’s a book. Sometimes that’s an organization sometimes that something else sometimes it’s just yourself

Having a friend group that wants u to win
And being that type of friend to yourself as well

Fwin productions/studios is a great company to shout out too
