Hi DaShaun, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor in my success in simple. I always stay true to my vision and mission. I wanted to use the game of basketball to teach life lessons. Basketball has taught me how to navigate through adversity and stay level headed during success. Also, I never allowed situations to become my outcome. The word DTermined saved my life.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The story behind my brand is me! The word DTermined has gotten me through some of my darkest moments in my life. Nothing in life is easy. There’s always obstacles. So, I want to use the game of basketball to teach the game of life. I believe they go hand and hand.

Im blessed to be in this today, because of life experiences and I knew what I wanted to do to help the next generation prepare for adversity.

I want the world to know that there are people who has gone through things and hit rock bottom. It’s about how you respond. Adversity to make or break you.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I live in the gym!

However, I love good food spots and just chill places to relax.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There’s so many people who has helped, contributed, and supported me through my journey.

However, my grandmother is someone that is a true motivation to me ! I don’t give her enough credit. A lot of my characteristics comes from her.
