We had the good fortune of connecting with Dimitri Fostinis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dimitri, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
I feel like once I started seeing moments that I could label as “successful,” it was all I would focus on. As days go on, I would try to pick apart the experience and map out how it all happened. – “What did I do to achieve this?” – “How can I adapt these traits to further success in different ways?” – “How do I keep this momentum?” – “Have I just been an expert at manifestation? Along the way of my business growing, I just noticed how things really just started landing in my lap and I just run with it. Some people may be different, but I think constantly about succeeding and money and how I can make the next check. I feel like I put myself under pressure in order to force myself to do better. If I believe that I cannot and will not fail, then there is only one way to go when i’m under pressure. Successful people don’t work for money, they make money work for them. To become a millionaire, you need at least 7 sources of income. Using these phrases and statements, I make a constant effort to make the next big step. I keep my circle small and surround myself with the proper people. You are the average of the 5 people you hang around with most, so I make sure I know who I keep close. With these habits, I have no time to slow down, I’m just always trying to speed up.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Well my business started as one, but now I am close to the point of expanding by obtaining two or more LLCs for my next big projects. I am just so grateful that I am able to use this company I’ve created to propel into so much more. I know a lot of people that have similar teams within the live stream industry but I am unsure who has taken it to the level of turning it into an S-Corp and hiring recruiters and other members. It has been a constant learning curve for me but I have to say I am really taking in a ton of knowledge from the whole process. Building this has taken years and like I said previously, I couldn’t have done it without Rain. There have been many issues along the way but sometimes there are things that I can’t handle and vice-versa for Rain. We are the perfect tag team for this style of work. But I must say, some of this is the most stress we’ve ever dealt with. Most of it lies between the communications between the administrations being from other countries so the time difference really delays the questions we need for time sensitive issues. I’ve learned to be able to just do my best with keeping our hosts calm because we are just the middle men between the app and the hosts on our team. As our team continuously grows, we constantly strive finding the best live streamers across the country. At the same time, we definitely look for more recruiters to run their own teams here too. I love offering people a job where they can work on their own time and generate an extra income. I hope that pieces of my story will be motivation to people to create their own brand/business.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
The first spot I would bring a friend is to the best street taco place I have ever been too. When I lived in Koreatown a year and a half ago, I discovered this taco stand down the road and it absolutely blew me away. It is on the corner of W Olympic Blvd & S Grand View street in Los Angeles. The tacos are $1.25 and the meat is beyond incredible. If we wanted to get great drinks and good burgers, we would go to the Everson Royce Bar in Downtown Los Angeles. Super classy place with great food, outdoor seating and the drinks are the most tasty. For drinks with a view, we would definitely goto Spire 73 which is the outdoor bar on the 73rd floor of the Intercontinental in Downtown LA. An Ale House that I discovered when I first moved here was Founders Ale House in Pico & Robertson, Los Angeles. Here they have phenomenal beer and if a friend prefers vegan food, there is a great selection of both. For hanging out, I feel like we would ride electric skateboards down the path of Santa Monica Beach. I just feel like it’s a great distance for a smooth ride. My favorite nightclub with the best sound system is the Sound Nightclub so I definitely think that would be the number one place to go for a good party. Out of the Santa Monica Pier and the Venice Boardwalk, I think the Venice one has the best entertainment, snacks and other cool spots like the skatepark to check out. Especially if this is a friend’s first time, I think these would be my favorite choices.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Well there are a few parts to where my success began. It began by starting with my personal choices. First, was my decision to move across the country and re-start my life because. I needed the space from the people and places I was living. I moved to Los angeles with about $5,000 and no plan except to get a job doing whatever and hope it worked out. I got a digital marketing job the day after I officially moved on April 27th, 2017. Next, was living alone. I knew I needed to get out of my first living situation to really kick start being a successful person. Being on my own really set that into perspective for me. When I started getting into the lives stream industry, this is what launched my life into success. And I owe that to Rain Scott. Without her, I really don’t know where my team would be. Let me correct that, our team. I met Rain through Bigo Live, the app that I was a streamer on. After some issues I had with a business partner back then, I was able to bring Rain along to assist me and that’s where life began. The live stream hosts we managed started at around 12 or 14 people. Next month 20. Then 30 and off to 50. I mean month by month our team grew. This was around the beginning of 2019 and currently we sit at about 150+ hosts that we manage. Both of us together have the best way of splitting the work. She does a lot of the behind the scenes work to keep our hosts earning big money and I keep the issues, events and communication running fast and smoothly so people feel comfortable and motivated. I am so grateful for what we have been able to achieve together and I can’t do enough to repay her for that. As the income grew, I really needed to start finding the best way to manage it. I have always had trouble paying attention to books. I’m sure by what you’ve read so far, you can tell my mind runs 1,000 MPH. I came across a book online called Automatic Millionaire by David Bach. I started to realize that I really enjoy reading books on success and money. This book changed my financial life forever. I have set my investment accounts and mutual funds up so precisely in a way where I can forget about all my accounts right now and become a millionaire in 20-30 years without even touching it. This book has transformed my mind. Just like the title says, this book has showed me to become an automatic millionaire and I can’t stress enough how legit it is. This has also made me really interested in reading books on self power and mental health. To add to that, the friends I have met when I moved here have really kept me positive and I am excited to call them my friends. There are so many I can list, but the ones that have stuck with me since the beginning are Rain Scott, Kelsey Edwards, Lauren Salvo, Sal Volo and so many more. I just needed to keep you guys updated that you’ve helped me from the start and I’m able to stay sane somehow. I thank you all for that. And I thank everyone else that have been a part of my life to this point too.
