We had the good fortune of connecting with Don Che and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Don, what’s your definition for success?
Success, I often define as the catalyst that derives from my failures. For me, failures via perceptional, eternal, mental, is what fuels my ambitious drives to become successful. Regardless of the outcome, success comes in many forms, unwanted success, warranted success, merit success etc. It all depends upon the lens of the perceived situation in which the adequate success could be applied!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My art comes in the form of music. What sets me apart from others is the motivational factors along with my ambitions! I live within the realms of moderation, hence frivolous desires does not excite me! I am proud of myself for continuing to push through the roadblocks that others who fear me have installed, expecting my drive to decelerate within this marathon of dream pursuing!
I reached this milestone today in life by not taking anything at face value!! Accepting any & everything, opens the door up to unwanted vice, in which I must waste valuable time eliminating.
Nothing is ever easy!!! I overcome each challenge by simply identifying the emotion that is tied to it, once I have fully regulated that emotion, I can clearly confront the situation head on!!
Accept NOTHING at face value!

The Chapta1 brand is a story that comes from being forged in fire and molded from ambition, resilience, and the sheer determination to overcome my challenges, every second of every day!!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to Shutout the great German Philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche. Simply put, “Was uns nicht umbringt, macht uns stärker.”
