We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessica Headey Gandolfi and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jessica, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Authenticity. I’m in the business of healing, I work with people who are dealing with trauma, addiction and burnout. Their nervous systems are overloaded so it’s crucial that I’m incredibly sensitive to that. I need to be open and honest about my own healing journey to instill a level of trust and confidence with my clients so they feel clear and receptive to take on their own healing experience. It’s an honor for me to work with people on such an emotional and energetic level and I don’t take that lightly. Being authentic gives me the ability to build deep rapport and connection with my clients to ensure they achieve the most powerful and effective results with their own healing process.

Please tell us more about your business. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today business-wise. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
Although I market Harmonyum LA as a new concept in healing, it’s really not that new, more so that most people have never heard of it. I work with the Harmonyum Healing System, originally researched and developed over twenty six years ago by Dr Joseph Michael Levry, with the aim of making self healing possible. Harmonyum works by addressing the unseen root of emotional imbalances and begins to take healing to a higher level. Most of my clients come to me when they have tried everything else and nothing is working. I love to argue the fact that I have the best job in the world, I get to play with people’s energy for a living and watch as they transform their lives from the inside out.

The Harmonyum Healing system works directly on the emotional body by recalibrating the entire neurological system, activating the self healing capacity innate within all of us, addressing trauma and emotional imbalance at root level. I see my clients begin to move from deep rooted issues, burnout and anxiety, to a space of calm, consciousness clarity, to see them move from surviving, to thriving, in all aspects of their lives. There is not a day that goes by that I’m not grateful for that.

I have seen from my own experience the powerful results and changes that working with Harmonyum will bring about and I stand firmly behind the fact that Harmonyum will allow you to do for yourself what years of therapy can never do.

My biggest lesson has been to trust. Trust that everything will work out as it’s supposed to, the right clients will find you when they are ready and trust your gut. If something feels off, it is. Your intuition will never lead you astray, but you have to listen.

I recently launched a line of Private Label Intention Candles which I’m really proud of. I wanted to be able to support my clients healing journey outside of the studio. Individually created to encourage and strengthen emotional and mental well-being, the candles offer supportive, uplifting, and divine blends with unique and intentional choices of high grade essential oils and the combination of an all-natural coconut wax blend. Call me biased, but I’m more than little obsessed!

My business is traditionally a hands on healing practice, but with the current climate and state of the world, we have been forced to embrace technology. Thanks to Dr Levry and his continued research, we have been able to access a ground breaking, distance healing platform virtually, via zoom. This is incredibly exciting for me. The last nine months have seen us experience trauma on an epic scale and the world needs healing more than ever before. My business now becomes limitless to the number of clients I can serve and I get to do what I love, supporting people on their healing journey not just locally in LA, but across the globe.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Having lived in LA for over thirteen years most of my friends and family have been, seen and done the obligatory sights and trips, so these days I prefer to keep things simple. Morning coffee at Groundworks on Rose Avenue, lunch at Kreation or The Butchers Daughter on Abbot Kinney, and dinner at Felix on Abbot Kinney or Local Kitchen and Wine Bar on Ocean Park. My one consistent, non-negotiable is to continue to appreciate the ocean. I will always make time for sunrise or sunset walks on the beach at Will Rogers, or El Porto while my teens surf, or spend time on Malibu Pier.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Absolutely! Honestly there are just too many so I’ll keep it brief. My parents and my children. Have always encouraged, always supported, always trusted and always been there for me (even though there are times I’m sure they think I’m completely bonkers). Dr Joseph Michael Levry, my spiritual teacher and mentor, for his continued guidance, and for reminding me constantly that the biggest thing that we know, is that we know nothing! And my clients, for trusting me with their healing journey. Without them, there would be no Harmonyum LA, very, very grateful.
