Hi Mike, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my own business was driven by a combination of passion, and desire to help other people find the necessary information to start their own journey. when I first started my creative journey I was looking for information and it was hard to find. Today the net has tons of information and I wanted to be part of the solution. Moreover, I wanted to challenge myself and grow both personally and professionally. Ultimately, the desire to transform my vision into reality and contribute positively to the community was what solidified my decision to start my own business.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My art reflects my journey and passion for cinematography. Having established my company earlier this year, my journey is still in its early stages. I overcome challenges through perseverance and continuous learning, embracing resilience, adaptability, and the power of a supportive community. My brand stands for dedication, innovation, and a deep love for storytelling through the lens.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I have a passion for the outdoors and would highly recommend exploring National Parks such as Yosemite and Death Valley. Additionally, I enjoy discovering exotic foods and restaurants in the city, ranging from sushi to Mediterranean cuisine.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Shoutout goes to Playhouse West Acting School in Los Angeles. When I first joined the school, I had no prior experience with operating a camera. However, the school has positively challenged me to create movies and documentaries, fostering my creativity both behind and in front of the camera. It was through this journey that I discovered my passion and love for the art of cinematography. I am also deeply grateful for the unwavering support of my family and friends, who have been incredibly encouraging throughout my creative endeavors.
