We had the good fortune of connecting with Natcha Morrow and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Natcha, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
First of all, I learned since my childhood that I love freedom. I love freedom that give me opportunity to do what I want to do and be who I am. I am a creative person who can also manage to balance with logical thinking. After graduate from my college, I worked in an international corporate in Thailand as a sales representative. I love the nature of the job. However, I think that there was more to life than a 9-5 job. So I decided to pursue my dream and started to explore my options. To be able to be our own boss, we need the entrepreneur mindset which is “GET THING DONE”. We need to have goal of what we want to achieve. Then we have to know how to achieve it. Then we need to get it done no matter how to get it done. We need to also learn to adapt and prepare to relearn along the process. Many times success came after many trials. That’s when the persistence comes into place.

What should our readers know about your business?
As a Realtor, I believe that the key to win the client is being myself! I am my own product! What sets me apart from others is ME. I believe that people do business with people first, the actual products or service are second. I know that I have the experience, knowledge and ability to get the job done and overcome any unforseen obstacle that we may have during the transaction. The main thing is to gain the confidence and trust from the clients. I want them to know that I am on their side and ready to fight for them. Many real estate transactions are not straight forward and there might be some com[plications along the way. There are many factors that may affect the ability to close an escrow. I know that I have ability to handle it and on top of that I have a great team and huge network to work with me. I know that my brokerage provides all the tools that I need to get everything done. I want my clients to know that I am working along their side and I am there for them to support them emotionally and mentally as well. Many of my clients become my friends after the transactions and that’s how I know I have done a great job. I have learned so many things along the way. One lesson that standout to me is that relationship is key to the success of this business.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
This a great question and I am so excited to talk about it. Other than being a realtor, I am also a co owner of the an excellent sightseeing tour company in Los Angeles called Legends Of Hollywood Tours. Thanks to Mark Morrow who is such an exceptional tour guide! Our company received Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor 9 years in a row. We also have 5 star reviews across the board. On the tour, we will take them to downtown LA, Hollywood and Beverly Hills. The famous locations we will go include Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood Walk Of Fame, Dolby Theatre, Rodeo Drive and celebrity homes. I would just offer them our city tour as well as taking them to famous beaches along the Pacific Coast. I love Malibu for quieter atmosphear. I also like Santa Monica and Venice Beach for more upbeat and lively vibes with lots of activities, shops, restaurants and souvenirs. For visitors who love museums, we have so many museums based on specific interest of the visitors such as Art Gallery Museum at Getty Museum, music related museum such as Grammy Museum, Car related museum at Peterson Automotive Museum, etc. Los Angeles is one of the most diversity city in the world. I would definitely recommend variety of food during their visit. I love Korean BBQ in Korea Town, Thai food in Thai Town, Chinese and Japanese food in Chinese and Japanese Town in downtown LA. For more upscale visitor, Beverly Hills and downtown LA have so many world famous chef restaurants to offer.
