We had the good fortune of connecting with Shanae Singleton and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Shanae, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
All N One Deliveries creates meaningful social impact by combining economic opportunity, accessibility, and community-centered service into one platform. At its core, the company empowers individuals—especially those in underserved communities—by providing flexible income opportunities through delivery and rideshare work. This allows drivers to earn on their own terms while building stability and independence.

The company also plays a vital role in strengthening local economies. By offering affordable and reliable delivery and logistics services, All N One Deliveries helps small businesses compete, grow, and reach more customers without the high costs typically associated with large delivery platforms. This keeps more revenue circulating within the community and supports long-term economic sustainability.

Through its rideshare service, Swoop Up, the business improves access to transportation for residents who may face challenges with mobility, including seniors, working families, and individuals without reliable transportation. This helps people get to work, appointments, and essential services safely and affordably.

Beyond logistics, All N One Deliveries is built on a mission of service, trust, and representation. As a Black woman-owned business, it stands as a model of entrepreneurship, leadership, and community reinvestment—showing what is possible while actively creating opportunities for others.

Together, these efforts create impact not just locally, but as a scalable model for community-driven logistics nationwide.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What set me apart is that I genuinely care about my community in helping them be in a better place in their lives financially. I am proud of All N One Deliveries and all the work that it has done over the years. We have had the opportunity to work and build a relationship with USC in supporting the awareness of small business with great products and services. We build some long lasting relationship with the community in helping them with their essential needs and we are growing in our partnership with local businesses and organizations that make an impact on the community everyday.
Starting out was a huge learning curve for me. My background is in management from Enterprise Rent a Car, to Starbucks to Penske truck leasing where it was very customer service based whether that is your everyday people needing a rental, to corporate offices, to body shops to retailers. My initial approach was I have a great business that fits the need of the everyday people and its affordable that should be enough to get people to want to work with me but it wasn’t. I learn that in the transportation industry you have to build trust and notoriety. See in all the companies I work for they had already did the ground work for me, I just had to build on that but with starting my own business I had to start from the ground up which was networking and getting out into the community. It had it challenges but it made me a successful profitable business owner. It taught me that to be a CEO you need grit, determination, a vision and money lol
My biggest lesson is to stay humble, stay consistent and always be willing to pivot and change. Its important to know your audience and the field your in. Always be willing to learn and trust yourself.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my friend was visiting for a week I would take them to Universal Studis and City Walk. We would eat at Gritz N Wafflez, Dulan’s, Gyu Japanese restaurant and a taco shop. We would have to visit The Miracle theatre in Inglewood, Catch a game at Intuit Dome. Hike the culver city stairs. Hollywood Walk of fame. Brunch, rooftops Harriet, Santa Monica, Lost Downtown LA along with the Room LA. Drive to San Diego. Beach bbq at Dockweilier or Malibu. Catch a comedy show (Chocolate Sundaes), saddle ranch is always fun. Shopping and try and catch a play/concert.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to Thank God for giving the will, drive and direction on how I can help make a difference in my community in my own way.
