We had the good fortune of connecting with Sonia Zarbatany and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sonia, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Definitely sharing my journey on social media in a completely authentic way. By being my true self and sharing the ups and downs, I have inspired my community to go after the life they have always desired. My coaching and content empowers women, students, men and moms to not forget themselves and to be the best version of themselves that they can be.. My coaching clients and community find connection, shared values and empowerment to want more for their life while getting the strategy and game plan to achieve it. As a coach, I walk my talk and share it every day over social media. I love my community and give them a #noexcuses methodology to manifest the life they want. I care about my audience, my clients, my community and by being completely aligned to my values, I inspire them to create their own rules, their own definition of success and manifest the life they want.

What should our readers know about your business?                                Absolutely! My business is COACH SONIA, it is my identity, my name, my brand, my community. It is more then a coaching, consulting and speaking business, it is a community I am dedicated to impact in every way. I also run my co-working and event space, Le Tribe, In Montreal Canada and Le Tribe Media – a full-service social media production company. I have coached thousands around the world through my Coach Sonia Programs and have spoken on global virtual stages to impact over 100k people in the past year alone. My X-Factor is my complete dedication to impact my clients and community to live the life they desire. I’m super passionate about helping others to overcome limiting beliefs, developing a positive mindset, scale their business and crushing it in their professional and personal lives. Before this, my background was in the fashion industry. I served as an executive for my family business as we distributed brands such as Guess Jeans, Vince Camuto, Sanctuary Clothing to the Canadian industry. During this time, I learned how to build a successful company from the ground up. After that, I decided to set off on my own and move to LA. I dabbled in acting, music, and modeling only to fall in love with personal development. I went deep, from NLP to every Landmark education class, Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield, relationship coaching and more, I faced every limited belief, healed childhood trauma and got clear on my passion and purpose. I landed my first speaking gig at twent-five and from the stage, i Immediately knew I had found my calling, to impact others. The journey had its struggles, its pain and hard but having a strong support system and family by my side allowed me to stay on my path, my journey and to lead a life to help and empower others on a daily. The biggest lesson I have learned is what I teach my tribe. Strive to live a life you love, create your own rules for success, your own definition of your 10/10 life and every day wake up hungry and inspired to achieve it. By setting the proper goals for your mind, body, relationships, and business, you can build an epic life and accomplish more than you ever imagined.! When people think of Coach Sonia and Le Tribe, I want them to think of a community that stands for you, that will inspire and empower you to be the best version of yourself. I GOT YOU! and you can follow my journey as I inspire you to live your best life everyday over IG @soniazarbatany

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.                  When my best friends come to visit Montreal, they dive right into my daily routine. My morning routine is a non negotiable. We move our body, feed our minds and journal before anyone wakes up! Then they join me for early morning coffee, time with my kids, and then off to the day’s activities. After the kids leave for school, it’s off to Mount Royal for an epic morning run that ends with an amazing view from the Montreal lookout. After getting the muscles moving and a good workout, we go for a post workout #coachsonia shake at Abe and Mary.

Part of my work is always creating epic inspiring content from everything I do, so we would head to Le Tribe Co-working space to create reels, videos and more with my Le Tribe Media team. I love supporting local and small business in every way i can so we would go to my favourite coffee shop, Olimpico, discover the city at La Grande Roue. and wrap it up at Europa for our high end fashion must-haves and local gems in old montreal.

It would be a must for my friend to meet my team, my friends and family and I would make it a point to host a beautiful tribe event so she could meet our community of supportive, empowering women in Montreal. The last adventures before heading home would be at the Ritz for tea time on maison Boulud, walking the streets of downtown, and finishing with dinner at Pois Penche.

Finally, arriving at home, we would end the day in the backyard, beside a fireplace with my family debriefing on the epic day we just spent in Montreal.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?                             My greatest achievement in the past year has been to become an author! I am about to launch my first book and couldn’t be more excited. The greatest shoutout I can give is to my mentor and friend, Tony Litster. When I asked Tony to have a read at my book, not only did he say yes right away, he scheduled editing and reading times with me and dove deep into the journey with me. He has been a friend and a coach for the past 25 years and co-hosted one of my retreats with me in Greece. Friendships like his are priceless to me and I can’t wait to be helping him edit his own book soon.
