Hi Svonnie, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Staying original and never allowing myself to stay in the box.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am an Event Stylist. I create a full vision for events of all occasions from wedding, parties, showers etc. I am super EXTRA and give my clients the full WOW experience. There is so much work the goes into creating an amazing vision every time. Clients walk in and see everything all done. But don’t see the sleepless nights. The constant phone calls back and forth to vendors or Checking and double checking your to do list. It’s a lot of pressure but I have had great success doing what I love. My brand is know for excellence, elegance & extraness.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Oh God I’m such a homebody. That would be so hard. Lol I’m also a basketball mom so my life doesn’t have too many outing. Especially after launching into Dallas Texas But I would definitely take them for what we are known for here FOOD. Some good old Crawfish, boudin, and amazing soul food.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Yes Corey Davis & Jalen Dalcourt my very own children deserve all the credit. The seeds of encouragement I planted in them as kids. God allowed them to pour back into me. They push me every time I got scared. They never let me settle or complain.
