We had the good fortune of connecting with Tatiana Tsvetkov and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tatiana, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
Before having my first baby – work was the center of my life.

Also I was under illusion that more you work, more you get – which is a straight way to workaholism, in short distance it can work out but in long term – every successful entrepreneur is a marathon runner, you have to have some other good supports – friends, family, health.

Now I’m trying to create systems and prioritizing as much as I can- getting reed of perfectionism.

I’ve read in some good book about this rule – Good enough.

The principle of good enough suggests that **you should identify the point past which putting more resources into something won’t improve it in a meaningful manner**, so you should finish with it and move on.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Interior design is my passion, is it an easy job? No, not at all, but what helps me sometimes when I want to quit is that it’s my nature, I can’t and don’t want to do something else. I always want to change people’s life for better in a way I can- create beautiful and nourishing spaces, I try to understand my client – I don’t like to ” stamp projects” – I always want to make something unique – the reflection of personality and taste.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
One of my best memory is a Venice carnival I visited once with my best friend – it’s just once in lifetime experience, First – I still think it is the most beautiful and mysterious city, and during this time of the year – you just feel like you re traveling in a time machine – you wear antique costumes and masks, we stayed in Danieli hotel which is three inter-connecting palaces that date back to 14th, 19th and 20th Centuries. You take a gondola to go to the dinner with no electricity – only candlelights and live music, drinking good Italian wine and tasting traditional food – it is just like a dream

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
To all people who make this world beautiful – with their words, actions, talents, etc
There is something inspiring in everyone
