We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Ellison and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffany, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I was afraid when I first started my family was a huge part of why I started it. The encouragement and love shown was much needed. I do not like to put myself out there but when I did it I was shocked by the response. People supported that I didn’t think would support. My initial thoughts were no one will support and will like anything I create. I took time and make sure I crafted my formulas correctly. God gave me this vision and I knew if was for me because everything came into place the way I needed it to.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart from everybody else is that I am truly myself and I have learned to be okay with who I am. For years I suffered trying to be other people and it never worked out for me because I was a cheap invitation and I had to learn to be secure in myself in order to really have with you all get to see now come forth. I was very shy and I didn’t want to talk to anybody. I let people walk over top of me in a cost me a lot throughout the years because I would never stand up for myself. Once I was able to identify who I was I walked in who I am and I was proud to be myself because I understood myself and I’d stop making people down me and make me feel like I was nothing. So what you are seeing now is the authentic Tiffany and she is proud, heaven, if a feeling her purpose.

How I got to where I am today professionally was through a lot of trial and error. I was trained by one of the best people in the entire world she is my mentor and my Apostle Brenda Ward. Before I really got connected with her I went through a lot of trauma error in previous jobs before and I learn how to handle certain situations by the error incorrect in them for future events. I worked at a lot of jobs that caused me to really humble myself and to understand that I don’t know everything and I still have to be teachable at all times. It definitely was not easy because a lot of self-discipline is my maturity level head to come up a lot. It hurt a lot of the times to voice my opinion at times but I kept going and show others around me that you keep going no matter what your face. I did not overcome the challenges in the best way but now I can stay at overcome every challenge in a positive manner. I have learned to not turn to any type of instability to help me to challenge is now. Honestly seek God and I ask him for guidance and direction.

The lessons that I learned along the way is that people are not you so you can expect you out of people. I had to Indore a lot of friendships that were not truly in the benefit of me it was always beneficial to the other person so I learn to set boundaries. I learn to develop a plan and not always be impulsive and spontaneous. The biggest thing that I learned is to always allow others to help you because being superwoman is not always easy and saving the world is impossible by yourself.

The one thing I want the world to know about my brand in story myself is that you can do all things truly if you trust and believe. There is nothing that you cannot do. You are limitless. The way I have come to understand that I am limitless is the new power and the strength of God. God is the only reason why I’m still here today and I will make sure that everyone knows that.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If I had to take somebody out for the best time ever I would take them to Virginia Beach. The beach is a long strip full of mom and pop restaurants and the beach is right there. I find the waters in common and it is relaxing we were able to get away from the world that you are surrounded by on a daily basis. When I say that I mean we are used to being every day and to get away and just see nothing but water and calmness all around you it is really good for the soul. I would definitely take somebody out to any type of seafood restaurant where we can have a crab boil, possibly eat a steak, or have some good breakfast. I am a person that I love breakfast that is my favorite meal of the day and if I could have it three times a day I definitely would. Besides the beach they are a lot of museums, aquariums, and parks. On the weekend there are a lot of festivals in that area.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First I want to thank God for trusting me with this vision that he gave me to fulfill. My parents Anthony and Clarice Ellison for all the love and help you gave me. I thank my spiritual leaders Apostle Dwayne and Apostle Brenda Ward and mentors at Believer’s Heritage Kingdom Training Center for educating and training me. Thank you to my family who always supports me at all times. Shout out big brothers to my Terry, Lamar, and Andre for our foundation and love they always show me, it keeps me going. To my grandma, sister in-law, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews for always pushing and encouraging me. To all who watch, support, share, comment, and like thank you!
