We had the good fortune of connecting with Viktoria Kay and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Viktoria, what do you attribute your success to?
Consistency and discipline! Taking advantage of every single minute every day with an efficient schedule towards your goal will lead to success continuously.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am a full-time model/influencer/creator. I created this opportunity for myself by being patient and not giving up even though I wanted to many times. It was not easy coming to the US as an immigrant and overcoming the obstacles of being a foreigner; that included mastering a new language, adapting to a new culture, figuring out how to build a life in the United States considering the barriers, etc. Over time I was able to figure out ways to overcome all these challenges. The biggest lesson I got from my journey so far is the importance of talking to the right people, especially as a woman. Developing people-skills and practicing good judgment are essential. I want the world to know that I am not finished yet, not even half-way! So stay tuned!
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Actually my best friend will be visiting me very soon! She has never even been to the United States… We love nature so visiting the beaches as well as going on hikes in the hills will be on our list. We would eat at places I haven’t even been to either so it is a new experience for both of us! However, one place in particular I would take her to is 71above in DTLA, which has an incredible view over LA. We would also go on our very own “haunted tour” throughout LA and experience some old spots with a lot of history. In addition, we would take mini-trips to Malibu, San Diego, Santa Barbara, and Palm Springs if time allows.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My followers who always support me! They deserve everything.
