Meet Yash Vishwakarma & Om Yadav | AI Driven Marketing Agency

We had the good fortune of connecting with Yash Vishwakarma & Om Yadav and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Yash Vishwakarma & Om Yadav, what do you think makes you most happy? Why?
For me, Yash, it’s work. I know that sounds unusual, but it’s honestly the truth — work is what makes me happiest.
It’s not that the work is easy, because it almost never is. What makes me happy is the feeling of building something real. When Om and I started Yavi Media, we had nothing — no clients, no proof, just an idea and a lot of belief. Watching it slowly turn into a real business that helps people has given me a kind of satisfaction I never found anywhere else.
The part I love most is the impact. We work with painting and remodeling contractors — hardworking people who run crews and support families but struggle to get consistent work. When our system fills their calendar and I see the difference it makes in their business, that’s the moment it all feels worth it. We’re not just running ads; we’re genuinely changing how their businesses run, and that means something to me.
I also genuinely enjoy the process of figuring things out. Every week brings a new problem we’ve never solved before, and learning how to crack it is exciting. A year ago we had no idea how to do half of what we do now. That constant growth — getting a little better every single day — keeps me motivated and happy.
I think for me, happiness is tied to progress. As long as I’m building, learning, and helping someone move forward, I feel good — even on the hard days. Work isn’t something I do just to get by. It’s one of the best parts of my life.

What should our readers know about your business?
Yavi Media is a marketing agency built exclusively for painting and remodeling contractors across the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. We help contractors stop relying on unpredictable referrals and start booking consistent, qualified jobs through a complete AI-driven marketing system.
What sets us apart is that most agencies stop at generating leads. We go further. We combine targeted Meta and Google Ads with an AI-powered appointment booking system that responds to every lead within seconds, qualifies the homeowner, and books them directly into our client’s calendar. Our contractors don’t chase leads — they show up to ready-to-close appointments. And we work with only one contractor per city, so every client gets full market exclusivity.
But getting here was anything but easy. Om and I started Yavi Media with no clients, no proof, and no track record. Our first client experience was a disaster — we lost their trust over a payment issue and had to refund the money. Then came over a year of daily outreach with almost nothing to show for it. We tried different industries, got ghosted constantly, and questioned whether it would ever work.
The turning point came when we stopped trying to serve everyone and committed fully to one niche — painting and remodeling contractors. We rebuilt our entire offer around results instead of “ads.” Our first contractor campaign generated $38,000 in revenue in the first month, and that became the proof that changed everything. From there we built real case studies — one campaign generated over $100,000 in closed revenue, others delivered exclusive leads at $24–$39 each across the US and Canada.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that almost everyone quits during the silent phase — the long stretch where you’re doing the work but seeing no results. The breakthrough almost always sits just past the point where most people give up. We simply refused to quit before ours showed up.
What I want the world to know about Yavi Media is this: we’re built for contractors who are serious about growth, and we genuinely care about their results. We’re two guys from Bhopal, India, who decided to out-work and out-specialize everyone in our niche — and we’re just getting started.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
A Week In Bhopal With My Best Friend
If my best friend came to visit, I’d show them Bhopal — the City of Lakes — a side of India that most travelers completely overlook.
Day 1 — The Lakes. I’d kick things off at the Upper Lake (Bada Talab), one of the oldest man-made lakes in the country. We’d take a sunset boat ride and then stroll along the VIP Road waterfront as the whole city starts to light up.
Day 2 — Manua Bhan Ki Tekri. Next we’d head up to Manua Bhan Ki Tekri, the hilltop Jain temple that looks out over the entire city. The ropeway ride to the top is a whole experience on its own, and the view of Bhopal in the evening light is honestly one of the most peaceful sights you’ll find here.
Day 3 — Old City & Food. We’d spend a day in the old city soaking up the real Bhopal — the busy markets around Chowk, the historic Taj-ul-Masajid (one of the largest mosques in India), and of course the food. Bhopali cuisine is seriously underrated. We’d have proper biryani, poha-jalebi for breakfast, and kebabs you simply can’t find anywhere else.
Day 4 — Sanchi Stupa. A short drive out to Sanchi, a UNESCO World Heritage site with Buddhist monuments that are over 2,000 years old. Quiet, historic, and genuinely breathtaking.
Day 5 — Van Vihar & Cafés. A relaxed day at Van Vihar National Park along the lakeside, followed by some café-hopping. Bhopal’s café culture has grown a lot, and it’s a great way to slow down.
Day 6 — Where The Work Happens. Honestly, I’d take them to where Om and I actually built Yavi Media — the cafés and spaces where we put in the long hours. The unglamorous behind-the-scenes of building something global from a tier-two Indian city.
Day 7 — Slow Down. We’d finish back at the lake, just talking and reflecting. The best parts of Bhopal aren’t the famous spots — they’re the quiet moments by the water.
What I’d really want them to take away is that you don’t need to be in some big, flashy city to build something that reaches the world. Om and I are living proof of that.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The biggest shoutout from my side goes to my co-founder and childhood friend, Om. Yavi Media simply wouldn’t exist without him. We built this together from absolutely nothing — no clients, no proof, no roadmap — and went through more than a year of failure side by side. There were countless moments where giving up would have been the easy choice, but having a partner who refuses to quit changes everything. Whatever we’ve achieved, we achieved it as a team.
I also want to give real credit to our first clients — the contractors who trusted us when we had no track record and nothing to show but belief. They took a chance on two guys from Bhopal, and that early trust is the entire reason we have a business today. We push as hard as we do because they bet on us before anyone else would.
Beyond that, I’d dedicate this to every contractor we serve. The painters and remodelers who wake up early, run their crews, and build people’s homes — they’re the reason Yavi Media has real purpose. Seeing how hard they work pushes me to work just as hard for them.
And personally, my family. Choosing to build a business instead of taking a more traditional, predictable path isn’t always easy to explain — so having people who believe in you while you figure it all out means everything.
Success is never a one-person thing. Mine is built on a partnership with Om, on clients who believed in us early, and on the contractors who give our work meaning. They all deserve the credit.
