But this trend of toxic positivity…this Mark Wahlbergian scheduling the “successful people” try to foist on the regulars…I think for most of us, it’s bullshit and it does more harm than good. The relentless goal setting has a tendency to make you feel 2″ tall. I don’t wake up at 5 am and meditate and workout and take an ice bath and make a dream board before breakfast.
