Chenrui Zhang | Advertising Creative Director and Film Director

In my career, the most important lesson I have learned is the importance of contentment. There is a distinction between ambition and greed. It is often said that filmmaking is an art of regrets, and as a director, whether it’s in the making of a film or shooting an TV commercial, there are always moments of regret. In the past, I couldn’t fully enjoy the joy when a project was completed. Often, after the “martini shot” had been taken, my crew would eagerly look at me, awaiting the moment I would shout “it’s a wrap.” Despite wanting to shoot another take for various reasons, I pretend to be excited when I shouted the anticipated words, out of professionalism. Nephateria Covington | Tooth Gem & Cosmetic Teeth Whitening Technician

The most important lesson that my business/career has taught me is that everyone won’t support you or be proud of you. There will always be someone that doesn’t wanna see you win in life but it’s up to you to prove them wrong. I’ve always told myself “Never give up” or “Expect others to support you”. As long as I believe in myself then I’m good! Most important thing to do is keep GOD first in everything you do. Read more>>

Timi Mason | Producer, Host, Comedian, & Actress

I am the Producer and Host of the Straight Laughs No Chaser Comedy Show. The show recently moved to The New Townhouse Los Angeles. Most folks just call it The Townhouse. For Comedy, historically, he Townhouse was a popular spot. I join the likes of Hope Flood, Michael Colyar and Reynaldo Rey all of which have hosted shows at The Townhouse. I think most people are unaware of the time and effort it takes to produce and host a quality comedy show. I don’t have a team to help promote and or produce the show. I have and do all of the jobs. I send out all of the emails, text messages, social media post, advertising, passing out flyers, guest relations/customer services, book the talent and creating an atmosphere that is fun and allowing people to have a great experience without having to travel all the way to Hollywood just for a good comedy show.
