What’s the most difficult decision you’ve ever had to make?

We asked folks we admire to tell us about the most difficult decision they’ve ever had to make and have shared some of those responses below.

The most difficult decision I’ve ever had to make would have to be quitting my stable, corporate job to pursue a career I had very little experience in. I worked in public accounting for a little over two years and when I decided to quit and pursue photography, I had never shot a wedding and had only done a handful of photoshoots. Although my job in accounting paid fairly well and was the safe option, I was extremely unhappy and didn’t think it was worth it to remain in that position. The most difficult decision I’ve ever had to make was deciding to leave my very comfortable, good paying job to launch my business and stay home with my youngest. This pivot pushed me outside of so many comfort zones. It was there where I realized so many people conform because of the fear of taking risks.
