Meet Princess Key Miles | Content Creator & L.A Blogger

We had the good fortune of connecting with Princess Key Miles and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Princess Key, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
One of more resent favs is, ” Love and light”… I say it often. I also say, ” Peace and love”.. For me it means to wish someone well, but not just well… on a much deeper level. It has to do with their soul, energy, wellbeing, peace, safety, boundaries, protection, guard. Just sending all of the good energy one’s way. Praying negativity cannot even touch them.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My art… ummm. Well naturally I am creative. I think what sets me apart is that I’m real. I’m authentic. What you see is usually what you get. Meaning, I try very hard to stay true to myself and my craft. If I love something, naturally I will tell 100 people. I love supporting people. I love helping small businesses. I love giving honest reviews. I dont ever want to “blog” or “influence” someone to “do” or “buy” something that I dont love. That isn’t my style.
I’ve gotten this far from being myself. People with good energy tend to flock to me. I always say that I meet some of the worlds “BEST” people! This platform has allowed me to be open, honest, funny and yet, I can still be shy, private and selective. That is the beauty of social media. I’ve been allowed to show the good, bad and the ugly. When my husband passed away, I could hide it from my blog. In fact, I believe it was the first thing I ran to. Everything that I had shared up to that point was family experiences, family fun, family adventures so it would have been strange not to share this huge blow to my (body, soul, mind) with my followers.
What do I want the world to know about my brand and story? Well, my story is still being written so Im not sure about that one.. lol. jk. I would say that Im one those books where you skim through and read the last chapter, and it intrigues you to go back and start at chapter one. I just know that every chapter is exciting. Every chapter will make you laugh. Every chapter will make you smile and maybe even cry, but will leave you wanting more. Will leave you hopeful for your own life. Will leave you encouraged. Will leave you better and maybe kinder. Will leave you with a different perspective. Will leave you with some grace in your heart. .. and will leave you just loving me more because “What’s not to love!?” hahaha

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well what’s funny is I catch myself saying (very often).. “That’s my favorite!” hahaha
Let’s see… Where would I start? I’d probably start at Venice Beach.. Let me give you a short one because I’m long winded hahahah Okay, so Venice Beach boardwalk (bikes, rooftop, pier, promenade), Drive up PCH either Gladstones or Keep driving to Paradise cove. Next day maybe the Marina, hop on the water bus, have lunch or do a dinner cruise and watch the sunset on the ocean. Next day.. Maybe drive out to Laguna, stay at Capri.. watch the waves have dinner next door at Sands. Next day drive back, maybe hit up the Long Beach Marina, have lunch at the Mayan hotel, rent jet skis, and explore that Marina. The Next day hit up the Hollywood Walk of fame, visit some of the attractions there and maybe stay for the night life.. Bar hop on Vine after dinner at Tao, drinks at Mamas Shelter or check out the view at the Dream hotel. Next day cruise through Beverly Hills, park, walk and explore. Sprinkles for dessert (because who would go to Beverly Hills without stopping at Sprinkles!! lol) Hit up one of the “fancy” restaurants for lunch, not dinner.. save your coins. Then maybe hit up the Slauson lollllll because if we talkin about my sistas.. lolll jk. So yeah.. something like that. Keep it cute and fun.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Wow, where do I even start. I do have two people in mind for this question. One being my reason for starting my blog, and the other being my reason for pushing me to go forth with it. When my dad passed away at the start of covid I was searching for ways to keep busy. I was looking for unique ways to keep busy and be safe while doing so. I started hiking more and exploring new trails. I had to be creative because we were on lock down. I was forced to think outside of the box. I wanted to show people experiences. It was important for me to get out of the house yet be safe with my adventures. The more I shared, the more people showed interest. People would engage and ask questions as well as location details. At the time I didn’t really know what “blogging” was; however, I would get weekly messages from people encouraging me to start a blog. .. The other person I cannot name because they are very private. 🙂
