We had the good fortune of connecting with Chelsea Luckey and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Chelsea, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
Consistency is key, through the ups & downs. Never let the highs get you too high, never let the lows get you too low. If you build a loop of trust with yourself to remain consistent, you will eventually succeed. “Its impossible to beat someone that does not give up”

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is an online / in-person training platform, where I offer Pilates, Kettlebell and personalized training programs for my clients. The key is to get your clients to believe in themselves. When people are empowered, they shine and want to do better for themselves. If we can form habits to create momentum in the direction we seek, the law of energy will take you in that direction. Be authentic, be yourself, the world needs you!

Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
My favorite spots in Los Angeles start with Set & Flow yoga studio, it is the best fitness studio in all of LA. We would take a Bootcamp / Pilates class in the morning and then hike Runyon Canyon. After showering and getting cute, we would go to lunch at EP&LP rooftop lounge, catch a movie at the outdoor Melrose rooftop Theatre and finish with dinner at Gracias Madre.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My shoutout is to my team at Set & Flow Yoga in Hollywood. This group of individuals is constantly pushing each other to new limits. The positivity, outreach and support from this group has pushed me to new levels. Thank you to you all for always supporting and driving my vision. Love you guys!
