Hi Adam, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
From an early age, my parents instilled in me that life is about what I CAN DO, not what I can’t do. At 42, I found myself overweight and uncomfortable, so I decided it was time to make a change.

With the help of a close friend, I transitioned to a keto-based diet and began a daily adapted exercise routine. During my weight loss journey, I couldn’t find an on-the-go snack with premium clean ingredients that actually tasted good. As a lifelong foodie, I strongly believe you shouldn’t have to sacrifice taste when making healthy decisions. So I created Keto Krisp, a snack bar that combines unrivaled taste with premium nutritional ingredients to meet the specific needs of NOT ONLY the keto lifestyle, but also anyone looking for a delicious well-balanced, protein fortified bar.
