We had the good fortune of connecting with Bea Orteza and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bea, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important reason behind the success of my brand is being authentic and connect with my audience as having a similar experience through my fitness journey and being able to share my stories and success to inspire others in a positive way. Being able to be vulnerable and share your pain and struggles in your story is powerful and can open up so many outlets to reach out and help others. Always stay consistent with your voice delivery in how comfortable you are with speaking in videos and podcast to make sure you are bringing the right message to your audience. Don’t be scared to reach out to other people to help you promote in exchange of helping them or giving the same value in any way that they will appreciate.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am a part time Personal Trainer and Security Officer. I started my fitness career about two years ago and decided to take on clients to be a trainer to share my knowledge and different training styles that works best with their body and lifestyle. I am most excited about the people I help along the way and seeing their progress to achieve their fitness goals is the very rewarding to me. I spent a lot of time training with other people and different training skill set that I enjoy including crossfit, mma, boxing which help me a lot to enjoy fitness while meeting other people that support my lifestyle. I lost 60lbs before even going to the gym just by portion control and doing 30mns cardio every day. Our fitness brand is the extension of who we are as being presented of who are inside and not being judge by the clothes we wear, and to be healthy and comfortable in our own way.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
What I love about vegas is everything is open 24hrs plus the Red Rock mtns that can easily be access about 30mns away from the strip. I would go for a morning hike at red rock and eat on top of stratosphere restaurant to see the beautiful view of Las Vegas. At night it’s interesting to visit downtown to feel that old school vegas vibes and learn about different culture that influence vegas and amazing people that keeps vegas entertaining for all.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give a huge shoutout to my two brothers who’s always there to support and help me in every way. From designing to make making contents for my website and keeping me inspire with their creativity. Also, huge thanks to all my friends and family that’s been supporting me from the start to make a positive lifestyle change. Always love and thank all my teambeafit for keeping our movement alive with pride and joy.
