We had the good fortune of connecting with Beberly Morales and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Beberly, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Being a business owner will take a big commitment and endless hours of building. When you are passionate about what you do and are driven to be the best it won’t feel like work. Some tips I would recommend to anyone thinking of starting their own business would be to hire a coach. Learning from others mistakes will save you time, energy, and money. Talk to people who are doing what you want to do. Be willing to volunteer or intern in exchange to see and shadow what it takes to get where you want to be. I quit my 3 jobs right before doing Real Estate full time and took a leap of faith. I saved 3-6 months in advance to cover basic needs and expenses. I partnered up with an experienced real estate agent and took action. One thing you won’t regret is becoming your own boss! Be ready to have a schedule and accountability partners it’s easy to slack of and postpone important task if you don’t have a schedule. Be a student of your craft and stay learning because technology and trends are always changing. I love real estate and can’t see myself doing anything else. I enjoy the process of teaching and learning because it develops your business to another level.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I’m in business with EXP Realty of California Inc., I have some of the best mentors and partners anyone could ask for. We are the Amazon of Real Estate and have thriving numbers for growth and stock value. We are the only company in the world that is international and cloud based. We have access to thousands of agents world wide and have the best technology available to service our clients. I am Beberly The Deal Maker and love to create win win deals! I specialize in first time home buyers and investments. Helping people is my passion and teaching my clients about financial wealth through real estate makes my life meaningful. I started door knocking and doing business face to face but life has taken a turn and keeping everyone safe is a priority and online interaction is the best way to go. I pride myself on service, integrity, and honesty I treat every client as if they were family. It hasn’t been an easy journey but it has definitely been worth it.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I enjoy the outdoors and would highly recommend *Perch it’s a rooftop bar in Downtown Los Angeles. Catch has beautiful lighting and outdoor seating. Nobu and Mastros are both high end restaurants with exquisite food you must try if you come to Los Angeles. If you want hidden gems on the wall locations try Victor Jr’s in Culver City, Pho 87 in Chinatown , Carnitas Michoacana in Lincoln heights. *For shopping there are multiple places to visit The Grove, Americana, Rodeo Drive and Melrose. Shopping on a budget no better place than Santi alleys and DTLA fashion district. – For beaches Venice, Malibu, Long Beach, Paradise Cove, and Huntington Beach. If you enjoy hiking I would recommend, Griffith observatory, Malibu creek, Rancho Palos Verdes has beautiful ocean views, Hollywood hike, and Culver City stairs if you want to catch a quick City view. Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
