We had the good fortune of connecting with Chanel Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Chanel, do you have some perspective or insight you can share with us on the question of when someone should give up versus when they should keep going?
Knowing when to keep going or giving up comes with experience. I seem to be motivated behind the idea of me never being able to eat fruit again. Me never being able to go to the gym or teach dance class during my free time. I would say imagine your life without doing something you really love and how many people you have positively impacted. Most people give up too soon. When something becomes uncomfortable thats just the start. Expect it to be hard and remember you are in control.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What sets me apart from others is always standing by my word, always showing up, my integrity, and my adaptability. Being a Therapist for children with autism, creating delicious meals, and being a choreographer/dancer is definitely someone you want in your circle. Especially during times like this. I got to where I am today by being consistent. It was not easy, I overcame lots of challenges by simply journaling reminding myself of my purpose. The lessons I have learned along the way was taking accountability. I want the world to know Healthybae is just getting started.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my bestfriend was visiting the area and I wanted to show them the best time ever, We would first go have brunch maybe try a new Vegan spot in town! We will then head to a museum of some sort and end the day with wine tasting and a cooking class combined. My girls know how I do. In my view some of the most fun things to check out is places with views and nice weather and a place where you can just walk and talk.

I would love to thank everyone who has bought Salads, Juices, Meal Preps. Those who have been coming to my dance class consistently and supporting the overall Healthybae movement.
