Hi Derrick, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
Success comes in like when you simply refuse to give up, with goals so strong, that obstacles, failure, and loss only act as motivation.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a social media influencer/comedian/actor/entertainer. I make all kinds of interesting, funny, but entertaining videos/skits. I am on most social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.

What sets me apart from others, is my personality, and how my social media influences/attracts others. Most of my posts have a meaning to it. My post normally will have something to do with what’s trending today, or what is going on in the community today.

How I got to where I am today? Just continuing to post, and to pay attention to the constructive criticism. Most importantly, using the advice I get. I’m all about doing better, and becoming a better social media influencer/comedian/entertainer/actor. I want to continue to attract others, and hopefully soon be on television entertaining many more across the country. Was it hard? Yes, of course, I receive so many hate messages, or comments that really are hurtful, and disgusting. I’ve learned to use those as motivation. I keep focus on my goals and what I have planned in order to be successful. So everyone, please: Follow me @DamnYouDerrick

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would eat at Uncle Ro’s TexiCaliBam Cuisine. Due to the pandemic, it’s delivery only on their website @ unclerostexicalibamcuisine.com They give you classic comfort cuisine that makes ya pallet scream! I am who I am today, because of my family, especially my mother. She is my biggest supporter.

My friends, y’all know who you are, and everyone who has motivated me to keep reaching for my goals.
