We had the good fortune of connecting with Deonte & Yadicza Towner and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Deonte & Yadicza, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind our success is obedience to God, consistency in the process, and the fact that this is personal for us.

Towners Juice didn’t start as a random business idea it started as a vision God gave my wife. She came to me one day with the entire business plan written out. From that moment, we chose to walk it out faithfully. It took us a year and a half to do everything the right way forming our LLC, getting licensed, passing health inspections, passing test, securing insurance, and getting into a commercial kitchen before ever selling at a pop-up. We didn’t rush the process. We honored it.

But beyond obedience and structure, our brand is rooted in real-life experience.

We know many people struggle with high blood pressure and high blood sugar. It’s common, especially in our communities, and too often people feel stuck. At one point, I personally struggled with high blood pressure and pre-diabeties. That was a wake-up call. We became intentional about what we were putting in our bodies. We incorporated cold-pressed juices into our daily lifestyle, cleaned up our diet, and I committed to working out consistently. Over time, my numbers returned to a healthy, normal level.

That transformation shifted everything for us.

We’re not claiming juice is a miracle cure, but we believe it’s a powerful tool when paired with discipline and lifestyle change. We live what we promote. Our customers aren’t just buying a drink they’re stepping into a healthier direction.

And lastly, unity in our marriage has been a major factor. We build together, pray together, and make decisions together. This isn’t just business for us it’s purpose.

At the end of the day, success for us isn’t just sales. It’s impact. If our story can help someone lower their numbers, gain energy, and take control of their health, then we’re already winning.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
There were financial sacrifices. There were delays. There were moments when doors didn’t open as quickly as we hoped. There were long nights of planning, researching, and waiting. But we overcame those challenges through prayer, unity in our marriage, and staying consistent even when progress felt slow.

One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned is that success is built in the unseen seasons. The paperwork, the compliance, the preparation, the refining that’s where character is formed. We’ve also learned that obedience is more important than speed. When you move at God’s timing and do things with integrity, the foundation is stronger.

What we want the world to know about our brand is this: Towners Juice represents hope. It represents taking control of your health. It represents faith in action. It represents a couple who chose not to let challenges define them but instead let those challenges refine them.

We are most proud of the impact when someone tells us their blood pressure improved, their energy increased, or they’ve become more intentional about their health. That means more to us than numbers on a sales report.

At the end of the day, our brand is built on faith, family, health, and purpose. And we’re just getting started.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If our best friend was visiting, we’d show them the places that feel like us.

We’d definitely start in Long Beach. One of our favorite date nights is skating along the beach path. There’s nothing like putting on skates, riding next to the ocean, and catching the sunset. It’s peaceful but still fun that perfect Southern California vibe.

We’d also take them to Moonlight Rollerway for skate night. The music, the lights, the energy it’s such a good time. It brings out your inner kid but still feels like a grown date night. We love experiences that keep you moving and laughing.

Of course, we’d have to give them a classic Hollywood day walking the Hollywood Walk of Fame, grabbing food nearby, and ending the evening at Griffith Observatory to see the city lights. That view at night never gets old.

Throughout the week, we’d mix in some of our favorite restaurants like Thai food and sushi. And we’d definitely take them to the water in Long Beach a few times. Sitting by the ocean with good conversation is one of our favorite things to do.

For us, the best experiences aren’t just about the location they’re about connection, movement, and making memories. Whether it’s skating, exploring LA, or just eating tacos talking by the beach, we’d want them to leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and full of good energy.

And then on that Sunday take them to church at RTLA.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We first want to thank our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for giving us a health ministry. Also, we would not be here without the covering, prayers, and support of our families. Both sides of our family have consistently prayed for us, encouraged us, and believed in the vision even before it became visible. Their faith carried us through seasons of waiting and building.

We’re also incredibly grateful for our church family at (RTLA). Our church has been more than a place we attend it’s a community that has poured into us spiritually and supported us practically.

A special thank you to our pastors, Javier Buelna and Cynthia Buelna. Their leadership, prayers, and encouragement have meant more than we can express. They’ve taught us how to walk in faith and integrity, and that foundation shows up in how we run our business.

We also want to recognize my wife’s best friends, Karen Quirarte and Priscilla Martinez. They are like sisters to her constant encouragers, intercessors, and supporters of the vision. Every entrepreneur needs people who speak life into them, and they have done exactly that.

It truly takes a village. Towners Juice may have our name on it, but it carries the prayers and love of many.
