We had the good fortune of connecting with Geovanny & Johnnie Ragsdale and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Geovanny & Johnnie, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are a licensed Cottage Food Operation in the County of Ventura [Registration #FA0038890] and a licensed business in the City of Simi Valley.
Our Daily Bread Bakery was born during the 2020 COVID pandemic after we both lost our livelihoods. Johnnie couldn’t practice massage as of March 15 and Geovanny was notified in May that the role which brought them to California from Tennessee would be terminated in July. They say necessity is the mother of innovation and creativity. We are extremely thankful to our customers for helping us build a business where community is at the heart of what we do daily.
As foodies ourselves, we pride ourselves in testing, preparing and deliverying a high-quality product you and your family will enjoy.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
