We had the good fortune of connecting with Hannah Nieves and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Hannah, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Risk has been the reason my business has been able to scale so quickly. Risk can be scary and it can be something that can stop you in your tracks — but on the other side of fear and risk is the ultimate reward.
Risk means you’re pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and you’re growing. Ultimately, you need to get comfortable with getting uncomfortable and that’s what risk does in your life and in business.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My name is Hannah and I’m a Business Consultant, Agency Owner and I run an education platform for new entrepreneurs up to 7 figures. Prior to this I was Director of Marketing of a national home interiors brand and started my business from burnout. It was not an easy task to build the brand we’ve built in such a short amount of time but it’s been the most rewarding experience of my life.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would recommend going to Beverly Hills! There’s a restaurant I love visiting when I go to LA that reminds me of a New York Katz’s deli — Nate and Al’s.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There’s a few people — my husband and my mentor Cara.
Both have been my encouragement, my cheerleaders and guidance during the highs and lows of entrepreneurship. Running a business isn’t an easy task and it takes a LOT of work, dedication, vision and risk. Having a support team that can guide you during the lows has been one of the biggest blessings.
