We had the good fortune of connecting with Samuel Manar and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Samuel, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Conscientiousness is the most important factor ! Being conscientious means you have to be organized, diligent, organized and prudent. Additionally I love what you do. I respect my art. My style is very singular because Through my pastries I tell a story from my childhood memories in France and my travel around the world.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
The bakery keeps me busy at night and day. Projects keep me “alive”. I’m a risk taker and I love to overcome challenges. I don’t like being comfortable. It’s just not for me. I’m always thinking about the next step. Actually We Are opening a cafe in Culver City in a few months.
I believe that when your values and Principals are aligned and match the lifestyle I live in, you become unstoppable voila !
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
