We had the good fortune of connecting with Sandy Salazar and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sandy, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
When people think of virtual tours they see them as marketing materials to showcase their business, venue, or space, when in reality, virtual tours provide much more than that. Virtual tours allow businesses to connect to their neurodivergent clients. It provides access for people of all abilities to see the business before attending in person. We allow them to mentally, physically, and emotionally prepare themselves before entering a business. Virtual tours empower our clients’ customers of all abilities to explore the business and enhance their experience when they decide to visit. Our business helps our community create more inclusivity for persons of all abilities.

What should our readers know about your business?
JSEA VISION is a 3D virtual tour company creating 360 virtual tours, Google Street View virtual tours, drone photography, and videography. We specialize in helping senior living communities engage uniquely with future residents, providing an impactful and positive first impression. We partner with our clients to curate their brand’s story into fully immersive and realistic virtual tours. Highlighting important aspects of their senior living community, empowering them to show, not tell, their customers how amazing their community is.

What sets us apart is our commitment and dedication to our clients. We believe our clients are our partners, when they succeed, we succeed. Virtual tours are a new marketing concept but when implemented properly can provide tremendously high returns on investment. Long after the project is completed and the virtual tour is delivered, we continue to work hand in hand with our clients to fine-tune the implementation process to help them maximize the benefits of their virtual tour.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
There are so many places to visit in Los Angeles. We are blessed to have a diverse community that provides a melting pot full of opportunities to explore. My favorite place to visit would be Marina Del Rey, renting a bike and riding it down the path on the beach. Spending the day at the beach is the idyllic way to enjoy a warm afternoon. To end the day, I would invite my friend to join me for dinner over a glass of Chianti wine while being serenaded by the wait staff at C&O Trattoria.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to dedicate my Shoutout to my husband and my children: Jose, Ethan & Alexis. Without them, JSEA VISION would cease to exist. They have been my biggest cheerleaders when successes came and flooded me with love and encouragement when times were tough. Standing by my side on this amazing journey of entrepreneurship. I hope I am making them proud.
