As I continue to design, I am currently expanding my brand beyond swimwear. I am branching into resort wear now for both men and women and dresses as well.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When I have guest in town I take them to Santa Monica, Long Beach or the Marina Del Ray area to hang out. I like the restaurants in those areas, the shopping stores, and the attractions there. My favorite restaurant is called the castaways.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
The person that gave me the courage, the drive and continues to push me to become a great designer is Bill Miller. He is one of my absolute best friends. We dated for a long time years back and at that time he owned a nightclub. We worked along together at his club where he taught me the importance of being an entrepreneur. Although we separated we still remained great friends. Till this day he photographs my collections, mentors me, and supports me every step of the way. I definitely owe him recognition.
