We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Harding and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffany, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I wanted to leave a legacy behind one that my daughter, her kids, and generations to come can benefit from. The plan is to create generational wealth for my family and break the curse that was once bestowed upon us. So I started teaching myself how to gain and sustain financial freedom.

What should our readers know about your business?
SNHH Films is a production company founded by Tiffany Monique Harding. The company’s acronyms stand for Studs N Hip Hip, Studs N Hip Hop started in 2014 as a marketing company for LGBT entertainers and entrepreneurs. Two years later Tiffany seen the need for visuals that represented minorities so she birth SNHH Films. She obtained her LLC March 13th 2014, which was a very proud moment for her, then began watching a lot of YouTube tutorials, where she learned everything from filming to establishing business credit. Watching videos and taking notes was easy but actually applying the knowledge had its on trails and tribulations. I remember applying for my first business card and getting denied then I learned that some banks required a personal guarantee and I needed to get my personal credit in order, so I did just that I got a couple of secure credit cards and started building my credit score. My brand is still growing and I am still learning how to be a better entrepreneur but I am not quitting.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Marathon Store to see Nip, Echo Park to walk the trail and ride the swan, Cookies on Melrose for some flowers, Santé Alley for souvenirs, Berry’s Pizza for lobster pizza, Leimert Park to see the culture, Dulans soul food, Slauson Mall for more souvenirs, Venice beach, Disney Land, and of course the Hollywood walk of fame.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
To mom thank you for being in my corner consistently since 1986 I love you infinitely, You are the main reason I was able to move from Ohio to Los Angeles to pursue my dreams, you have never turned your back on me and I am forever grateful for that.

To my beautiful daughter I love you so much! Thank you for understanding that everything I have done and will do is for the betterment of us. I will never forget when you told me “I believe in you” those words are worth more than gold.
