We had the good fortune of connecting with Daniel Gonzalez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Daniel, what’s your definition for success?
I define success as creating something meaningful that leaves an impact on people while continuing to grow personally and professionally. In photography and videography, success isn’t just about getting the perfect shot or building a brand — it’s about telling real stories, capturing genuine emotions, and creating moments people can look back on for years to come.

To me, success also means consistency, discipline, and being dependable. If clients trust me with important moments in their lives or businesses, and I can deliver quality work that exceeds expectations, that’s success.

I also believe success is growth. Every project teaches me something new creatively and professionally. As long as I’m evolving, building strong relationships, inspiring others, and turning my passion into something that creates opportunities for myself and the people around me, I know I’m moving in the right direction.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My mom for taking the chance and buying me my first camera. Alia Kruz for being an amazing friend and connecting me with my first Celebrity Client and Last but most important Mike Martin for seeing the talent within me and choosing to teach me the technical aspect that I lacked at the time and for looking past the arrogance I held and for helping me advance within my career
