We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Young and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tiffany, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success is my relationship with God. My relationship with God is the anchor and foundation for my success that has provided the faith I needed to believe all things are possible with him (Mark 10:27). As a human, I have many limitations but with God there are no limits. There is no lack of opportunity in him. He is the greatest deal maker of all time since everything belongs to him. Having God as my anchor, has opened many doors in my career and has removed limiting beliefs.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am an experienced and confident negotiator that is passionate about assisting my clients through the diverse stages of their real estate transaction. With a gift for problem solving, I am known for guiding my clients through challenges with a solution oriented mindset.
I am most proud of helping my family and closest friends build wealth through real estate. Helping others build generational wealth has always been a dream of mine and I am so grateful that God opened the door for me as a Realtor to help that dream come true!
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was coming to town, we would visit a few IG worthy rooftops and restaurants. One of my favorite rooftop restaurants is Cara Cara, located in Downtown Los Angeles. It has a cozy outdoor space with upscale dining complimented by skyline views. There are multiple options for seating arrangements that include fireside dining. I highly recommend this place!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to dedicate this shoutout feature to my late mentor, Bill Yarbro. Bill and I met several years ago while working for the same Brokerage. I was a new real estate agent and he would send me referrals to provide opportunities for me to learn about real estate while building my network of business. This was very motivating for me as the beginning stages of my career were tough. It was helpful to have someone show me the ropes so that I could navigate the real estate industry. Because of Bill, some time later, I was able to confidently sell my first multi-unit property which has opened doors for me in the multi-unit market. Bill, thank you for your support. May your soul rest in peace.
